List inventory by region

Returns one row per SKU, disposition, and location. US stock is reported per warehouse (USC, USS, USW, USE), one row each, and is never summed. Omit the Region header to get every region, and add sku to get a single SKU across all of its dispositions and locations. An empty array means nothing matched.
